HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

STAR US AS FAVORITE IN VAGARO APP & make sure your notifications are ON for THE STUDIO.

Click here to access the booking portal.

Select: BOOK NOW | SERVICES | Select your service. 

To add multiple services to one appointment (i.e. RETWIST ONLY + Hot Oil Treatment), select one of the services, press back, then select the additional service. 

Once your service has been requested, please be on the lookout for your confirmation email. Some appointments sent in require acceptance from management. Please allow 24-72 hours for approval/denial.

On the 15th @8AM of every month, the schedule for the following month will open. 
Example: 2/15 will open 03/01-03/31 

All appointments are on first come 1st served basis. 

If date and time is unavailable, please ADD YOURSELF TO THE WAITLIST here. 

Waitlist appointments become available 24-48 hours before the date requested. 

Be on the lookout for FILL-INS.

FILL-INS are mini appointment gaps that are seen on management side and are sent out shortly after the 8AM booking with what's left for the month. Most fill-ins are 1 - 1.5 hours such as a lunch gap, so longer services may not be available during that particular time frame.  

Fill-ins will come to you via email and request you send in a text message to (214) 531-4382 with your name, desired service and time frame. NO NAME, NO RESPONSE.
