Refund Policy


The LOCSAUCE Collection strives to provide amazing customer service to all of our customers and wants to make sure our sauce is the remedy that saves your day. In any case where your order my be wrong, an item has ruptured during transition, or there's a missed item, please send in an email with your full name, order number and a clear visual of the products sent to and a member of the team will happily assist you. Please note, we have the right to decline if items are not in original state. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.


In the event that an order has been misplaced, undelivered, or unaware of its whereabouts after it has been sent off to the post office, please contact us immediately via email at with your full name and order number so we may track your item together on our end and check the status of your order. Please note, we are not responsible for lost items unless the post office themselves state their involvement and issues a refund to process an additional order. 

Outside of the terms listed above all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Be sure to check the ingredients for each product in our collection by selecting the individual item (not the sets) and reading the description bar. 

All items are throughly inspected, packaged tight and sanitized before shipping. If you have any concerns with your order please contact us via email and provide 24-48 hours for a response.
